I know the feeling! Last year I presented for the first time at an internal Microsoft conference. In the middle of my presentation, none other than Tom Davidson, the Father of Wait Stats, asked me a question. It turned out great--the post-presentation feedback I received far exceeded my expectations.


Remember what Dale Carnegie said: Perfect preparation casteth out all fear. (But don't over do it!)
